Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HitFiend, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Producer Terms
Producers uploading content to HitFiend must own all rights to their uploaded material or have proper authorization to distribute it. By uploading content, you grant HitFiend a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
4. Content Licensing
When you purchase a license from HitFiend, you are purchasing rights as defined in the specific license agreement. All licenses are non-transferable and subject to the terms outlined in each license type.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Uploading content you don't have rights to
- Attempting to circumvent payment systems
- Harassing other users or producers
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Scraping or automated data collection
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Producers receive payment minus platform fees as outlined in the Producer Terms. Customers receive instant access to purchased licenses upon successful payment.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues with your download or license, please contact support within 7 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on HitFiend, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HitFiend or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
